WHEN FLOWN WESTWARD THE CLOCKS GAINED 273 +/-7 NANOSECONDS. WHEN FLOWN EASTWARD THE CLOCKS GAINED 59 +/-10 NANOSECONDS. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO OWING TO THE EARTH'S ROTATION.
